Sorry but we cannot make refunds on fresh cherries. This is why we only ship either next day or second day air. We will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays, to be certain your shipment arrives before the week end. If you do experience a problem, or are truly dissatisfied with your cherries, please send us an email or fax letter and we will be happy to talk to you about an adjustment.
Cherry gift items and collectibles are refundable upon return to us in new condition with original packaging and if done within thirty days of purchase.
